To initiate a return, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Return Conditions
- Items must be returned in the same condition as dispatched.
- All original packaging and shipping materials must be included and intact.
- Items that are damaged, used, or returned without original packaging may be subject to a partial refund at our discretion.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a refund – minus any applicable deductions – to your original payment method (credit/debit card or account used at purchase) within 7 business days.
