Description
On Summerland Road in Minehead, a lone rubbish bin stands on the pavement beside double yellow lines. Terraced buildings recede into soft focus. The street is quiet, almost emptied of movement. The bin becomes a marker of presence, holding small traces of daily life within an otherwise still scene here.
